1.VISIT the website of the Philippine Embassy Rabat - www.rabatpe.dfa.gov.ph, for information on the procedures.
2. To APPLY, GO to www.passport.gov.ph. It is best to use a desktop or a laptop rather than a mobile phone.
3. CLICK "Schedule an Appointment".
4. READ and agree to "Terms and Conditions" by checking the box.
5. SELECT between an "Individual" or "Group" appointment. Group would mean family members of 2-5 persons.
6. For Region, CHOOSE "Middle East/Africa; for Country, CHOOSE "Morocco"; for Site, CHOOSE "PE RABAT – OUTREACH MISSION".
7. The available time slots will be displayed on the screen. CHOOSE the preferred time on February 20, 2022.
8. FILL OUT the application form. MAKE SURE all personal information are correct. USE a valid email address where the confirmation email will be sent.
9. REVIEW all the entries before clicking "submit" to ensure details in the new passport will be correct.
10. An email will be sent to the registered email address to confirm the booking. CONFIRM the appointment within one hour.
11. After confirmation of appointment, the duly-filled out application form will be received via another email.
12. PRINT the application form and at the scheduled appointment time on 20 February 2022, BRING it together with the original and photocopy of the passport to be renewed, and fee of USD60 (sixty US Dollars).

TO ENSURE A SMOOTH APPLICATION PROCESS, all appointments should be completed and received by the Embassy no later than Friday, 18 February 2022, 11:00H, Guinean time or 12 noon, Moroccan time
At the Consulate, all applicants are requested to:
1. wear face masks and observe physical distancing.
2. arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time.
