PHILIPPINE EMBASSY CONSULAR OUTREACH, 19 TO 20 JUNE 2021
The Philippine Embassy in Rabat will conduct a Consular Outreach and Overseas Voting Registration on 19 June 2021 (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and 20 June 2021 (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) at the Philippine Honorary Consulate in Casablanca, Morocco.
The services that will be offered during the outreach are:
- Philippine passport processing (application and renewal);
- Notarial services (Certification, Affidavit, and Special Power of Attorney);
- Overseas Voting Registration; and
- Contract authentication and verification (c/o POLO Rabat).
Applicants are requested to bring the complete requirements when they arrive at the Consulate, including photocopies of required documents. The list of requirements for passport application and renewal may be accessed through: https://consular.dfa.gov.ph/services/passport/requirements.
For those who are interested to take part in the overseas voting registration, following is the list of requirements:
- Duly accomplished Overseas Voting Application Form (may be downloaded from https://dfa.gov.ph/images/2021/OVS/03_-_Annex_A_-_OFV_NO_1.pdf). Forms will also be available at the Consulate.
- Valid and original Philippine passport (including photocopy)
- For dual citizens, bring your original or certified true copy of Certificate of Retention or Re-Acquisition of Philippine Citizenship
- For seafarers, bring your valid and original Philippine passport and seaman’s book
- Other supporting documents
- If the applicant wants to correct his/her records, please bring your PSA birth certificate with annotation
- Marriage certificate (for change of status and change of surname)
- If the applicant wants to revert to her maiden name, please bring the death certificate of your spouse
All applicants are kindly requested to wear face masks and observe physical distancing for the duration of the Consular Outreach.
