OVERSEAS VOTING REGISTRATION AT THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN RABAT, 7 JUNE - 30 SEPTEMBER 2021
The Philippine Embassy in Rabat will conduct an Overseas Voting Registration beginning 7 June 2021 until 30 September 2021, Mondays to Fridays from 10:00 AM - 12:00 NN and 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the Embassy premises.
Applicants are requested to bring the complete requirements when they arrive at the Embassy, including photocopies of required documents. The list of requirements are as follows:
- Duly accomplished Overseas Voting Application Form (may be downloaded from https://dfa.gov.ph/images/
2021/OVS/03_-_Annex_A_-_OFV_ NO_1.pdf). Forms will also be available at the Embassy. - Valid and original Philippine passport
- For dual citizens, bring your original or certified true copy of Certificate of Retention or Re-Acquisition of Philippine Citizenship
- For seafarers, bring your valid and original Philippine passport and seaman’s book
- Other supporting documents
- If the applicant wants to correct his/her records, please bring your PSA birth certificate with annotation
- Marriage certificate (for change of status and change of surname)
- If the applicant wants to revert to her maiden name, please bring the death certificate of your spouse
