PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN RABAT CONDUCTS TALK ON WOMEN AND LEADERSHIP FOR THE FILIPINO COMMUNITY IN RABAT

28 July 2024 - In line with the Department of Foreign Affairs’ commitment to promote and implement activities on gender and development, the Philippine Embassy in Rabat led a discussion on “Women and Leadership” participated by Filipino community leaders in Morocco. Majority of Filipino community leaders in Morocco are women.

Topics covered during the talk included qualities that have been associated mostly with successful women leaders, challenges that women leaders may face including stereotyping, and promoting an environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunities for men and women. END
