FLAG CEREMONY HELD IN RABAT TO MARK THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE  PROCLAMATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE 

12 June 2025 - Philippine Ambassador to Morocco Leslie J. Baja led Embassy personnel in the commemoration of the 127th anniversary of the proclamation of Philippine Independence at the Embassy’s Chancery today, 12 June 2025.

During the Ceremony, the video message of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. was shown while the messages of Secretary of Foreign Affairs Enrique A. Manalo and Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac of the Department of Migrant Workers were read out.

2025 is a special year in Philippine-Moroccan relations as it commemorates the 50th anniversary of the two countries’ diplomatic relations. END
